Math Codes

The extra credit can still be handed into Ms. Myers tomorrow. She is extended this due date because she found out that we had our science project over the weekend. The codes that you use on PHSchool.com to receive extra credit this time are:

Intro Pre-Alg.- ara-0504

Pre Alg.- aca-0404 and/or aca-0405

Field Trip Tomorrow

The field trip to the Chamber Theatre is going to be great. Just keep a few things in mind:

1. Lunch - Don't forget to pack a lunch tomorrow. At this point no one has turned in a bag lunch form from the cafeteria! We get back AFTER the cafeteria closes so at this point everyone is bringing in their own lunch!!! Reminder - no nuts!

2. What to wear- We encourage you to dress nicely (and warm). Look your best. Ties and high heels are not necessary.

3.iPods are okay on the bus, BUT must be off in the theatre. Cell phones are not allowed!

How to use the Math Website Codes for Extra Credit

The Code for Intro-Pre Alg. = ara-0408
The Code for Pre Alg. = ara-0301

The two codes above are just examples of the two codes that Ms.Myers gave us last they will change in the future to new codes but basically everytime its ara-then the chapter in the book so above for Pre Alg. it would be chapter 3 and then the section in that chapter so above for Pre Alg. it would be section 1...so ara-0301 ara-chapter 3 section 1. For Intro-Pre Alg. above it would be ara-chapter 4 section 8. ara-0408

NSTAR Light bulb fundraiser

Hi everyone...the actual results of the fundraiser were that Green Cluster actually tied with Blue Cluster so we both get parties. Green Should have won and once all the money has been collected we will win but until then we are tied. (The money from some people has not been collected because they wanted to pay when they got the light bulbs.

Blue Cluster beet Green Cluster by 100$. But some people forgot to turn in their Fundraiser forms so anyone who didn't turn theirs in sell them over the weekend and bring them back in Monday! The Class with the most light bulbs sold was the G period class in Mr. Meehan's Green Cluster Science Room with a total of 800$, Therefore that G period class receives a pizza party.

There is also a new fundraiser that Green Cluster got in their homerooms today.

How to Access Practice Quiz for Math

Once You are at the home page for PHSchool.com go under Course Content and click on the first individual box. Once you have done that type in the first part of the code (the letters) into the first box. Then click on the second box and type in the second part of the code (the numbers). Also you do not type in the dash as you can see in the picture above it has a dash in place for you in between the boxes.

And Sorry about the video it would not upload for some reason. If you really want to see it comment and tell me your e-mail and I will send it to you. Then you can just open it through Quicktime Player. If you don't have quicktime player unfortunately you cannot open it once I have sent it to you.
